Donated the international prize to the Razavi Museum

Masoud Mansouri, a bachelor’s student in Electrical Engineering at the university, donated his gold medal from the European Technologies and Innovations Competition, which he won in 2011 at the 39th edition of the European Technologies, Inventions, and Innovations Competition held in Geneva, Switzerland, to the Imam Reza (AS) Shrine Museum.

This distinguished student has a glowing record of numerous successes and achievements, including publishing scientific papers and inventing various projects. Some of these are highlighted below:

  1. Gold Medal and Honorary Diploma at the 2011 International Innovation and Technology Competition in Geneva, Switzerland, for designing a cancer cell recognition system based on image processing (pattern detection and recognition core – medical application). This gold medal was donated to the noble shrine of Imam Reza (AS) and is now displayed in the medals museum.

  2. Gold Medal and Honorary Diploma at the 2011 International Innovation and Technology Competition in Geneva, Switzerland, for designing a nano-pump system (Nanotechnology).

  3. Silver Medal and Honorary Diploma at the 2011 International Innovation and Technology Competition in Geneva, Switzerland, for designing an object tracking and searching system based on image processing (industrial and control applications).

  4. Special Prize at the 39th International Innovation and Technology Competition in Geneva, Switzerland, 2011, for designing a cancer cell recognition system based on image processing (pattern recognition core). This project was selected as the top project among the gold medal winners by international judges. It was also recognized as a humanitarian project in the health sector.

  5. Gold Medal and Honorary Diploma at the 2012 International Innovation and Technology Competition in Nuremberg, Germany, for designing a lymphatic cancer cell recognition system based on image processing (medical application).
